Work has been work as of late and it has been b-u-s-y. Enter having a day off. I have not moved from my bed since this morning (except for the necessities) (it is now 1pm) (not ashamed) and it has been glorious.Someone should really think about creating a national duvet day. So necessary.

A national duvet day... well, that's the best idea I have heard all day!! Have a lovely weekend Rincy!
ReplyDeleteLol, isn't it ? :) Thank you sweet Yolene--the same to you!
DeleteI'm definitely in support of this idea!
ReplyDeleteIf only...... Sounds divine staying in bed to 1pm :) Know what you mean about busy. It has been non stop in A&E here. Hope to see you in London soon xx
ReplyDeleteIt WAS. It's like the sweetest luxury to not wake up to an alarm clock in the mornings. A&E has been the same over here. Tell me again why we chose this instead of blogging? And still working on getting time off that weekend in March ;)
DeleteI am very much in support of a duvet day too... I'll take 'em whenever I can get 'em!

I always do my very best to try to have duvet days on Sundays. I am really not a morning person so having to get up in the morning throughout the week is so tough. So when Sunday comes (and there is no TO DO that can't be pushed to later) I stay in bed! :)
ReplyDeleteAre you going to Meet the Blogger London as well? Might see you there :)
I'm going to try to make Sundays my duvet days from now on! :)
DeleteUnfortunately, couldn't get out of work this weekend so won't be able to attend MTB. I am super bummed about it too! But know that you will have a fab time there, the guest list is fab. (Igor and Will, both of whom I met briefly in Cologne are so sweet and lovely!) Let's keep in touch now that we know where to find each other! x
What a superb idea: "national duvet day". Is there anyway to put forward this suggestion in hope of it catching on?
